Our bright charming cottage is minutes from the beach and Cape Perpetua. Two bedrooms, two full baths, sunny country kitchen, woodstove in a cozy living room, washer/dryer, DSL with printer, TV/VCR/DVD. Sunroom with foldout couch opens onto a deck with views of trees, flowering bushes and the edge of the Siuslaw National Forest. 5 to 7 minute walk to both rocky beaches with spectacular waves, and seven miles of sandy beach. Another path leads to a nearby mountain steam. Sleeps 6. No pets except for possibly a small dog.
Winter: November through April.
$75 per night for a minimum of 2 nights, $250 per week, and $750 per month
Summer: May through October.
$100 per night for a minimum of 2 nights, $350 per week, and $1,000 per month
Additional $60 ($100 with pet) cleaning fee $200 deposit ($350-400 with pet, depending on size of pet) required to secure reservation. Deposit refundable pending inspection of house upon checkout.
